Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Backend Development, or related technology roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Build scalable solutions using Python, Azure, and Databricks.
• Design and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Create technical documentation, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Support production environments and drive continuous improvements.
