Job summary

On Q Recruitment presents a senior leadership opportunity in pharmacovigilance for Australia and New Zealand. The Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager will lead a capable PV team, shape strategy, and partner with Medical Leadership to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance across the region.

You will drive PV operations, governance, and regulatory interactions while building future leaders and cultivating a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

Significant experience within Pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing teams.
Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand PV regulations.
Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
Passion for developing people and building future leaders.
Strong executive presence and confidence contributing at leadership level.
Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight of PV activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Lead PV operations, safety reporting and compliance activities.
Coordinate regulatory interactions, audits and inspections.
Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
Develop and mentor PV team and future leaders.
Partner with senior stakeholders to balance business outcomes and patient safety.
