• Minimum 5 years of post-admission experience on Commonwealth government matters.
• Experience in privacy and FOI matters is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on public law or administrative law matters for Commonwealth government clients.
• Handle privacy and FOI matters where relevant and contribute to risk assessment.
• Provide independent, confident matter management within a national disputes team.
