W in Bundaberg is seeking a Senior Psychologist (Intellectual Developmental Disability) to join the Continuing Care Team. The role offers a competitive remuneration package with a salary range of $132,690 – $142,317 per year plus superannuation and leave loading.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality psychological services within a collaborative interprofessional team, contribute to service development and quality initiatives, and supervise junior clinicians and students.

Qualifications

• Delivering high-quality evidence-based psychological clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.
• Contributing to the advancement of quality Psychology services and optimal patient care through service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality evidence-based psychological clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.
• Contributing to the advancement of quality Psychology services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
• Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
• Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
