Human Psychology is one of South Australia’s largest and most innovative providers of EAP, critical incident and workplace wellness and consulting solutions. We’re growing and looking to expand our team!

You will be an experienced Psychologist who is values driven and enjoys supporting people to think, feel and perform better. We’re passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers and clients and offer a diversity of services from individual support and therapy to organisational interventions and solutions. This role will focus on Critical Incident Management Support and trauma support. We have a part time or full time opportunity available.

The work will include:

  • Assessments of client’s presenting concerns and related risk
  • Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies to achieve them
  • Provision of counselling to individuals with a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns.
  • Working autonomously with your clients and ensuring best practice in your approach to client work
  • Developing networks with both internal and external subject matter experts
