Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Associate or Manager in Real Estate Valuations and Advisory within Deals. You will deliver valuations and advisory services across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and renewable energy projects, supporting regulatory, transactional and legislative needs.

You will work with clients and PwC teams to solve complex real estate problems, develop junior team members, and contribute to business development while upholding high standards of quality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Property, or Valuations.
• MRICS or AAPI CPV qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuations and advisory engagements across multiple asset classes.
• Support regulatory, transactional, commercial, and legislative purposes.
• Conduct financial analysis, research, and due diligence for acquisitions and developments.
• Prepare high-quality written deliverables, reports, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and PwC teams to solve complex real estate problems.
• Identify risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
