Marsh Valuation Services is continuing to grow both nationally and in SA and as such are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our team in Adelaide.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work on large non mortgage valuation projects for some of the country's leading organisations in a dynamic team environment.

Marsh Valuation Services are specialists in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region with a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations with no reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations.

The role will see you be a senior member of the valuations team while undertaking valuations across SA for a range of purposes.

This role would suit a driven, growth focused individual open to travel with experience in undertaking valuations across a range of industries.

This role offers the opportunity to grow with the business with the support of a major global organisation.

We will count on you to : Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various asset types for differing purposes.

Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively.

The ability to travel intrastate for key client commitments as needed.

Provide expert advice to clients on valuation methodologies and project approaches.

Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.

What you need to have : AAPI with CPV qualification.

A minimum 5 years' experience in performing valuations Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations Strong business development skills with a growth-focused mindset.

Experience in project management.

Availability to travel intrastate.
