Role Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring our valued clients receive world class service with your experience in property management, understanding of effective management and unparalleled professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of around 100-120 properties with strong administration support.
• Working with the state-of-the-art Ailo platform, managing your clients and your day will have never been easier for you.
• Ensure that we continue to have a fun and vibrant office environment.
• Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to licensing and company policies across your portfolio.
• Develop an ability to identify new business opportunities that benefit both the client and our group of companies - and be rewarded for doing so!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in Property Management required.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• A valid Property Management registration in WA.
• Knowledge of the Perth real estate market.
• High performer who is self-motivated and goal orientated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required and any experience with Ailo will be very highly regarded.
• Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
