This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to step into a well‑organised and low‑stress environment where communication and service, not chaos, take centre stage.

About the Role:

You’ll manage a clean, well‑maintained portfolio of 260–270 properties, supported by a proactive team and streamlined processes. With admin and inspection support already in place, this role is ideal for a confident operator who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering quality service to landlords.

No leasing, no maintenance approvals, and no open homes, just genuine client management in a professional, well‑run environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy residential portfolio of 260–270 properties with autonomy and confidence
• Handle all landlord communication, rent reviews, and lease negotiations
• Approve applications and oversee ingoing/outgoing tenancy processes
• Focus on client satisfaction, strong communication and relationship management are key
• Use Console Cloud with InspectRE integration for efficient daily operations
• Work closely with the Property Officer, who manages full application processing and tenant liaison
• Routines and inspections are fully outsourced — no need to handle M&As or OFIs

You Will Need:

• 3+ years’ experience managing a residential portfolio
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
• Professional presentation and a client‑first mindset
• Calm, confident approach with a focus on building trust and long‑term relationships
