As a KEY senior in their winning Property Team (10), reporting to and being mentored by the senior partner (an industry leading practitioner with 35+ years' expertise in property and business law), you will relish the variety, challenge and rewards of advising / transacting on a full-spectrum of high end residential / commercial / industrial / retail / aged-care property matters (including due diligence, acquisitions, planning, structuring, joint ventures, finance, construction, leasing, management and sales).

You will enjoy the autonomy managing your own practice / clients + support of senior paralegals / junior lawyers+ partaking in business development / marketing activities to further grow the practice.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you : Are an admitted lawyer in NSW+have minimum 4-20+ years PAE property law experience (no maximum limit); Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own property law files from start to finish including high-end large-scale / complex residential / commercial / industrial / retail property transactions across multiple stages of the development cycle from acquisition through to sales .

Have strong technical property law skills / knowledge+drafting / negotiation / client-management skills; Have previously had some business development / marketing experience and willing to engage in such to further grow the business (it's NOT essential that you have any current transferrable client base); are willing / able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city+ hungry to MAKE YOUR MARK and advance your career long-term with an impressive firm + improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
