Job summary

RoadTek, a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects from initiation to delivery in Queensland. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, governance and risk while guiding project managers and promoting a strong PM culture.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and technical experts across RoadTek and the Department, driving business improvement, stakeholder engagement and service

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex change or continuous improvement initiatives in large operational environments.
• Strong governance, risk management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects from initiation through to delivery, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and foster a strong project management culture.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, technical experts and key stakeholders across RoadTek and the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
• Lead high-impact business improvement and transformation initiatives and influence service delivery across Queensland.
