Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Virtual Care Service transformation across South Australia. You will shape a Model of Care for Aboriginal people accessing Virtual Care, partnering with communities and staff to embed culture and lived experience in service design.

Bring expertise in reform programs, PRINCE2, and stakeholder engagement to drive equity and better health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing reform initiatives and project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2).
• Experience in strategy planning and translation, business change governance, delivery assurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders on sensitive issues.

Lead Virtual Healthcare Transformation at SA Health as Senior Project Manager

Lead meaningful change and help shape the future of culturally safe healthcare across South Australia as a Senior Project Manager with SA Virtual Care Service. This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership in the development of a Model of Care for Aboriginal people accessing Virtual Care services throughout South Australia. Working alongside Aboriginal communities, organisations and staff to embed culture, community priorities and lived experience at the heart of service design. About you:

• Proven experience in managing reform initiatives, and knowledge of recognised and accepted project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of strategy planning and translation, business change governance, project planning and controls, support and assurance of delivery teams, risk management, issue resolution, reporting, performance management, methods and tools at enterprise level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills which demonstrate a capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders on a range of sensitive and complex issues to achieve positive outcomes
• Ability to identify performance outcomes, set priorities, plan and schedule work to achieve objectives and meet deadlines within a context of competing work demands/priorities and tight time frames with proven ability to be resilient and work positively in a rapidly changing environment

This is a single vacancy, with three possible appointment classifications. The successful applicants will be appointed in the position appropriate to their skills, qualifications, and experience.
