BVN invites expressions of interest from exceptional Project Leaders to join our Sydney studio and drive significant on-site projects. This role requires adept leadership, coordination of internal teams and contractors, and active client liaison to represent BVN at meetings.

You will mentor teams, shape project processes, and contribute to design intent across project phases. A Master of Architecture with 10+ years' experience is expected, with knowledge of Revit/dRofus considered advantageous.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects in a D&C or MC procurement environment, either in whole or in part, or as a significant contributor in a 2IC capacity.
• Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills, with a genuine desire to guide team members.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the full project process, including fee, variation and team management, schedules and budgets.
• A positive, innovative, capable and dynamic approach to problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A clear understanding of core design intent and the ability to uphold it through all project phases.
• A working knowledge of Revit and dRofus software would be well regarded.
• An understanding of the Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG) would be beneficial.
