Job description

The role

The Senior Project Engineer on the on the project will assist with coordination of on-site construction engineering activities to ensure short-term planning and programming is completed in conjunction with site supervision. You will get to learn and develop your skillset across structure, finishes, facade & services which is great for career advancement.

Duties:

• Assist in technical review of plans
• Assist with monthly reports
• Attend project meetings as required
• Manage the administration of all site registers
• Manage site inspections
• Support the Site Manager in program activities
• Provide input around procurement issues

As the ideal applicant you will be :

• Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or trade qualified with significant construction experience
• Residential experience will be considered advantageous
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, project management principles and project delivery methods
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills
• Good commercial acumen and analytical thinking
