Job summary

The University of Western Australia invites applications for a Senior Project Coordinator based in Western Australia. You will provide high-level project coordination and governance support for the SKA MID Project, ensuring delivery assurance across documentation, schedules and compliance.

Working within the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR), you will liaise with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to maintain accurate information flow and well-governed

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting complex engineering projects, including document control, schedule governance, risk and issue tracking, and contract or compliance reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level project coordination and governance support across the SKA MID Project, a complex, multi‑stakeholder international engineering initiative.
• Enable delivery assurance by managing project documentation, schedules, reporting and compliance in line with contractual and organisational requirements.
• Work closely with project leadership, design authorities and multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure accurate information flow and well‑governed project delivery from development through deployment and operational readiness.
