Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Program Manager to lead large SAP AMS/Support initiatives for a Federal Govt client based in Sydney. You will oversee planning, delivery, and stakeholder management.

The role requires 25+ years SAP experience across modules (PM, MM, FICO, EAM, SCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, SAP Activate) and proven ability to manage onsite and offshore teams. Hybrid work arrangements and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of SAP experience, managing large AMS/Support programs.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules: PM, MM, FICO, EAM, SCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, Integration.
• Experience leading onsite and offshore teams across tracks and strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Governance - Oversee end to end delivery of SAP projects including AMS, AD and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Client management - Engage customer stakeholders across IT and business to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify incremental business.
• Scope management - Align with SOE and contract and enable contract changes after discussions with stakeholders.
• Setup Governance and Reporting framework for the SAP workstreams across projects.
• Risk Management - Identify risks and mitigation measures across projects.
• Innovation and Thought leadership - Stay updated on SAP roadmaps; support SAP journey including upgrades, S/4HANA transformation, cloud adoption.
• People management of the team including performance management and training.
• Practice initiatives - Support recruitment, revenue growth, margin improvements.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP Senior Program Manager to lead large, multi-stream SAP initiatives for our Federal Govt Client based in Sydney. This role will oversee planning, delivery, coordination, and client stakeholders’ management for the SAP AMS / support and AD engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Governance- Oversee end to end delivery of SAP projects including AMS, AD and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Client management- Engage customer stakeholders across IT and business to provide updates on ongoing engagements, get constant feedback, identify incremental business etc.
• Scope management- Understand scope as per the statement of Work and ensure delivery as per the contract, enable and effect changes to the contract as needed after discussions with various stakeholders.
• Setup Governance and Reporting framework for the SAP workstreams across different projects.
• Risk Management- Continuously identify risks that could impact the various projects and identify mitigation measures for the same.
• Innovation and Though leadership- Be abreast of SAP product roadmaps and support the customer in its SAP journey including upgrades, S/4HANA transformation, cloud adoption, and integration with operational systems etc.
• People management of the team including performance management, training and other concerns.
• Practice initiatives - Support practice initiatives like recruitment, revenue growth, margin improvements etc.

Required Qualifications

• 25+ years of SAP experience, with specific experience of managing large SAP AMS / Support programs from a systems integrator perspective.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical modules (e.g., PM, MM, FICO, EAM, SCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, Integration etc.).
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA, BTP etc.
• Experience in managing Application Maintenance projects as a Service Delivery Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to manage onsite and offshore teams across tracks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in utilities, oil & gas, mining, or renewable energy sector.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or SAP Activate.
