Job summary

Creating Links is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Child & Family Services to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering family support, parenting and therapeutic services across Sydney. You will drive child-centred, trauma-informed practice and strengthen partnerships with government and community organisations.

You will oversee program delivery, ensure quality and compliance, and contribute to strategy and growth of the Child & Family Services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Outcomes-focused leadership with ability to steer multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in program development, funding submissions and partnerships.
• Strong governance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and service performance.
• Experience with trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction and oversight across Child & Family Services portfolio.
• Lead, coach and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality programs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance programs and expand service reach.
• Build and strengthen relationships with government agencies, community organisations and funders.
• Ensure services meet child safeguarding, compliance and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor program outcomes, budgets and resources for sustainable delivery.
• Collaborate with the Executive Manager on planning, funding and growth.
