Job description

Senior Program Manager

We're growing fast and entering a new era of rhythm, scale, and sophistication.

To support this momentum, we’re searching for a Senior Program Manager who can create harmony across our business. Someone who really enjoys being part of a team, has energy and blends structure and soul to ensure every client, facilitator, and learner feels held and truly supported.

More about ServiceQ

At ServiceQ, we believe human skills are the new premium. We deliver programs both online and in person that shift cultures not just minds. In a world rushing towards automation, we slow down long enough to notice. We teach presence. We teach resonance. We teach connection.

This role is the heartbeat of how ServiceQ delivers

As Senior Program Manager you are responsible for the program management and end to end journey of our clients and learners. This starts from the initial client onboarding to facilitator enablement to the learner’s journey itself.

If you love people as much as you love spreadsheets and data…

If you thrive in high-growth environments with big ambition and bigger heart…

If you’re really energised by crafting world‑class experiences that actually change behaviour…

Then you already speak our language.

You will be responsible for:
  • End‑to‑end program management of all ServiceQ programs (customised and OTS); ensuring every project lands on time, in scope and on brand.
  • Client onboarding, WIPs (client work in progress meetings) and relationship rhythm, being the steady partner our clients really trust through the relationship you have built with them
  • The full learner’s journey, from scheduling, mapping, implementing, and continually elevating the ServiceQ experience.
  • Facilitator enablement, including facilitator briefings (on client and logistics), readiness, collateral, scheduling and coordinating (this is an important part of the role)
  • Program logistics; more scheduling, coordination, communication, and simplicity.
  • Pilots, new product rollouts, and continuous improvement.
  • The operating rhythm between the GM, CEO, facilitator network, and support roles.
  • Updating our CRM and LMS with learning journeys and managing set up and execution of learner’s communications (before and after each delivery point) via the CRM

Note – this is not a facilitation or training role. You will not be delivering any sessions. Instead, you will ensure our facilitators are set up to deliver at their best, so our learners have the best learning experience, and we deliver on our client promise.

The person we’re looking for

You move through the world with presence.

You love humans (that means you are a people person), and you love systems that help humans shine (that means you can build and bring structure so that our learners and facilitators shine).

You’ll thrive here if you:
  • think five steps ahead
  • always have a ‘plan B’
  • are comfortable having the courageous conversations
  • love to be organised and love organising others
  • hold calm energy under pressure
  • elevate relationships naturally
  • know how to bring a team together and have the ability to both lead and execute
  • have an instinct for client experience
  • are obsessed with quality
  • love the orchestration of complex programs

We are not for everyone. We are for those who care deeply about the craft of service, who believe organisations can be more human, and who want to build something meaningful in a world that desperately needs it.

Experience that will help
  • Program management, consulting, or operations leadership
  • Experience enabling facilitators, trainers, or learning programs to get the best learning experience possible – one that is seamless, human and of high quality.
  • Strong client‑facing communication
  • Logistics or delivery experience in a service, training, or consulting environment
  • Ability to build systems and improve them
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in using a CRM and LMS
  • Comfort in a fast‑moving founder‑led business
  • A love of learning and a hunger to grow

We’re a small team doing big things, partnering with iconic brands across aviation, retail, events, government, and beyond.

We’re building a world where service feels human again. And your role will shape the experience of thousands of leaders and frontline teams.
