Job summary

The role focuses on establishing governance, coordinating multi-stream execution, managing risks, and delivering value through adoption of new capabilities. You will build senior stakeholder relationships and oversee financials and resources to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program delivery experience in data, technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Ability to lead multi-stream delivery in complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability with vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and direct all aspects of delivery to achieve outcomes.
• Establish governance, structure, and delivery approach.
• Coordinate delivery across data, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
• Manage multi-stream execution and alignment of scope, priorities, dependencies.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Identify and mitigate risks; provide timely insights for decision-making.
• Oversee program financials and resource allocation.
• Drive change and value realization; support adoption of new capabilities.
