Qualifications

• Extensive and proven experience in a product management role within financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Strong understanding of equities trading and funds management, brokerage services and financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and roadmaps to senior stakeholders and adviser/staff networks.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to prioritise product developments that enhance adviser and customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services and experience managing product risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for the Private Wealth Service, including identifying group-wide opportunities to access new markets and adjacent products.
• Actively manage the product P&L to drive commercial outcomes, including pricing, efficiency measures and adviser uptake campaigns.
• Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring features and improvements align with business priorities and leverage partner capabilities.
• Develop strong business partnerships with key third party providers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk and compliance to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance metrics, user behaviour and financial data to drive decisions and optimise offerings, liaising with Adviser Services.
