Job summary

Selfwealth by Syfe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape growth experiences and drive onboarding, activation, and value realization for Australian users. You will lead growth initiatives across digital touchpoints and collaborate with marketing, data, engineering, CX, and operations.

You will bring strong product instincts, bias for action, and a passion for investing while partnering with a broader product team to expand offerings for Australians.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience in onboarding, activation, or consumer growth.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-moving digital products.
• Skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and CX.
• Hands-on with product analytics, funnel optimisation, and journey design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise key product journeys that drive growth and early customer success.
• Collaborate with marketing on offer design, messaging, and activation flows.
• Identify and improve onboarding and funding opportunities to reduce friction.
• Use behavioural and performance data to prioritise improvements.
• Align product positioning, features, and flows to amplify value.
