A Day in the Life

The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, market adoption, and commercial performance across the Airway, Breathing Systems & Airway Access portfolio. This role combines strategic marketing, product lifecycle management, market analysis, customer engagement, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives and deliver value to healthcare customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies, annual marketing plans, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with portfolio and business objectives.
  • Assess market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and market opportunities to inform portfolio decisions and growth strategies.
  • Lead product launch planning and execution, including market readiness activities, demand forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clinical stakeholders, and industry influencers to support adoption of products and therapies.
  • Develop product forecasts and business plans using market intelligence, sales trends, and commercial data.
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to optimise portfolio performance and product availability.
  • Support tender submissions, contract activities, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Monitor portfolio performance metrics and recommend actions to improve market share, customer engagement, and profitability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline and 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, engineering, or healthcare-related commercial roles. Experience developing and executing product, marketing, or portfolio growth strategies. Experience analysing market data, customer insights, and commercial performance to support business decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across cross-functional stakeholder groups. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and business communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, patient monitoring, respiratory care, or hospital environment. Experience leading product launches, market development initiatives, or portfolio expansion programs. Knowledge of tender processes, healthcare procurement, pricing strategy, and contract management. Experience with demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and product lifecycle management. Advanced business analysis, financial planning, and market assessment capabilities.
