Secure Code Warrior is seeking a Senior Product Manager based in Sydney, Australia. You will lead the platform team's strategy and drive the Trust Agent: AI governance roadmap, partnering with leaders to deliver measurable outcomes and define the future of AI risk management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated experience in scaling B2B SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping complex technical products and/or AI products.
• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage company is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI products.

Secure Code Warrior is seeking a Senior Product Manager based in Sydney, Australia. In this high-impact role, you will lead the platform team's product strategy and drive the development roadmap for Trust Agent: AI, our flagship AI software governance platform. Working in close partnership with the Principal Product Manager, design partners, and executive leadership, you will deliver measurable business outcomes and help define the future of AI risk management.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape the direction of our product by combining strong technical acumen with proven product management experience. You will develop a deep understanding of our offerings, own outcomes in your domain, and drive growth in these areas.

What You Will Do

• Owning the strategy and roadmap aligned to the overall product vision.

• Meeting with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders like Customer Success and Sales teams to drive innovation in your domain.

• Assessing the partner, competitive, and market landscape to inform decision-making.

• Determining, developing, measuring, and analyzing metrics to drive insights and inform the roadmap.

• Working collaboratively with engineering, design, product, product marketing, and other functions to define work and go-to-market activities.

• Driving the improvement and execution of themes, features, processes, and initiatives to improve user engagement and experience.

• Leading a distributed engineering and design team day to day to prioritise, ship, and deliver on the roadmap, and contributing to longer-range planning for your domain.

• Evangelizing the product both internally and externally, shepherding products through the development process, advocating, and storytelling to achieve the best outcomes.

• Contributing to scaling a great product team that values collaboration, meaningful work, diversity, equity, curiosity, and impact.

What you will Bring

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated experience in scaling B2B SaaS products.

• 3+ years of experience successfully building and shipping complex technical products and/or AI products.

• Previous experience in a high-growth or early-stage company is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI products.

• The ability to build and maintain rapport with highly skilled engineering teams.

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage technical roadmaps to ship products on time, and within scope.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that make you an effective collaborator at all levels in cross-functional teams.

• The ability and flexibility to collaborate with those in other time zones.

Technical Skills

• AI Fluency: Hands-on familiarity with AI coding assistants, agents, or LLM-based products, and how developers use them.

• Ability to engage in technical discussions, understand complex technical concepts, and effectively communicate with engineering teams.

• Ability to turn an idea into a viable solution and roadmap.

• Ability to challenge engineering teams on decisions and priorities.

• Delivery: Managing technical projects end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and managing dependencies to ensure timely delivery
