Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical/product/platform management for complex software.
• Ability to frame problems with clear PRDs and measurable OKRs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with authentication concepts: OIDC, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, SSO.
• Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks governing identity and verification.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in authentication management and customer experience.
• Collaborate with CX and Process Excellence teams.
• Partner with Architecture and Technical Product Managers.
• Monitor compliance and mitigate risks.
• Own and manage the Optus Authentication Policy.
