Job summary

Performance Suspension seeks a Product Engineering Manager to own the complete product lifecycle from concept in Autodesk Inventor to mass production and market release. You will act as a gatekeeper, driving Stage‑Gate approvals, quality control, and cross‑department alignment across R&D, supply chain and commercial teams.

You will lead design of core suspension products, manage multiple lifecycles, travel for supplier alignment, and ensure flawless OEM to aftermarket fitment with precise BOM

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Inventor.
• Strong background in sheet metal design and heavy‑duty suspension components.
• Experience bridging R&D, supply chain and commercial teams to deliver complex products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycles from concept to mass production.
• Ensure Stage‑Gate approvals and rigorous quality control across all CAD drawings and BOMs.
• Audit manufacturing facilities and align tooling timelines through travel.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Workshop teams ahead of product launches.
