REA Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for seller-lead experiences, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver valuable experiences for agents, agencies and property owners.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to squad strategy, and use data and research to validate designs. This fixed-term role runs until July 2027 within REA’s Sell & Rent design team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products.
• Strong experience designing native apps and web.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design across complex initiatives.
• Strong product thinking aligning with business goals.
• Comfort with research, data and experimentation.
• Experience designing complex customer workflows (B2B2C).
• Systems thinking and design systems discipline.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring ability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• SaaS, property or adjacent industry experience is advantageous.
• Curiosity about improving design workflows and AI integration.

• Identify design opportunities within your squad and surface problems worth solving.
• Use data, research and experimentation to validate design decisions and measure impact.
• Deliver high-quality, consistent experiences using design systems and visual identity.
• Present work and participate in critiques to ensure quality across the team.
• Track and analyze product performance and iterate based on insights.
