Job summary

NeonNow is a Sydney-based AI customer engagement platform seeking a Senior Product Designer to own design across its four products: CX, Outreach, Agentic and IQ. You’ll collaborate with founders and a small team, shape interaction patterns, and drive a scalable design system from the ground up.

You’ll work hybrid, two days in-office, three remote, and help turn complex, data-heavy screens into elegant UX while integrating AI where it adds value. Expect rapid growth and a hands-on design culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing B2B software.
• End-to-end product design experience.
• Experience growing a design system.
• Strong UI for dense, data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience with AI-assisted UX.

Responsibilities

• Design features across all four products from ideation to shipped.
• Grow the design system with more patterns and documentation.
• Improve the busiest screens with attributes, data, history and settings.
• Define design–engineering handoff and release checks.
• Prototype, pair with engineers, and ensure quality.
• Use AI judiciously to enhance work.
• Shape agentic experiences as product moves toward AI agents.
