Job summary

Myer Group is seeking a Senior Product Coordinator for the Just Jeans Menswear Denim range in Melbourne. You will coordinate end-to-end product development, from concept to in-store delivery, working with Design, QA, Buying and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and brand alignment.

With 3+ years in fashion retail product coordination, you will manage fittings, fabric selections and production timelines, ensuring quality construction and strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product Coordinator role or similar in fashion retail.
• Experience across denim product development, fabrics, washes and garment construction is valued.
• Strong product development knowledge from concept through to production.
• Understanding of fashion, garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing supplier relationships including offshore suppliers.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to develop and execute the Menswear Denim range from concept through to in-store delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end product development, including sample management, fittings, approvals and production tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers to manage denim development, sourcing, cost negotiations and delivery timelines.
• Attend fit sessions and work with Design and QA to ensure fit, quality and construction meet brand standards.
• Source and manage denim fabrics, trims, washes and finishes within supplier capabilities and margin targets.
• Maintain accurate product information, critical path documentation and range management tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches.
• Monitor production and supply chain performance and resolve issues to meet delivery milestones.
• Review Menswear Denim product performance, customer feedback and trends to drive outcomes.

Are you passionate about product development and eager to take your career to the next level? The Just Jeans team is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Coordinator to join our Menswear Denim team.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end development of our Menswear Denim range, ensuring product is delivered on time, to specification, and aligned with the commercial and design direction of the brand.

About the role

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to develop and execute the Menswear Denim range from concept through to in-store delivery.
• Coordinate the end-to-end product development process, including sample management, fittings, approvals and production tracking.
• Liaise closely with suppliers to manage denim product development, sourcing, cost negotiations and delivery timelines.
• Attend fit sessions and work closely with Design and QA teams to ensure product fit, quality and construction meet brand standards.
• Source and manage denim fabrics, trims, washes and finishes while working within supplier capabilities and margin targets.
• Maintain accurate product information, critical path documentation and range management tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Buying, Design, QA, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail and VM to support successful product launches.
• Monitor production and supply chain performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure key delivery milestones are achieved.
• Support the ongoing review of Menswear Denim product performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment while supporting broader team objectives.

About you

• 3+ years' experience in a Product Coordinator role or similar position within the fashion retail industry.
• Experience working across denim product development, including fabrics, washes and garment construction, will be highly regarded.
• Strong product development knowledge from concept through to production.
• Understanding of fashion, garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and working with offshore suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
