EY.ai for Risk is EY’s flagship platform for transforming risk management through AI, automation, and modular agentic workflows. It unifies capabilities across internal audit, compliance, and third-party risk, enabling clients to make smarter decisions with greater speed and confidence. The platform leverages EY’s proprietary knowledge base integrated with technologies from key alliance partners (ServiceNow, AuditBoard, Databricks), and is designed for scalable deployment across sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Define and evolve the EY.ai for Risk roadmap in collaboration with global leadership, sector teams, and alliance partners.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including KPI definition, performance monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product features using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ADO.
- Align product development with EY’s broader platform strategy, including integration with RiskGPT, ICT.ai, and Agent Builder.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and tailored solutions to showcase the value of EY.ai for Risk.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, RFPs, and presentations, providing technical expertise and product insights to close deals.
- Partner with clients to understand their risk management challenges, translating needs into technical and functional requirements for the platform.
- Lead client delivery processes, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of the platform. Manage escalations promptly, resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Gather competitive intelligence and client feedback to inform product enhancements and pre-sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Drive alignment across global regions, ensuring consistency in product messaging and delivery.
- Facilitate working sessions on architecture, UI/UX, and operating model governance.
- Innovation & Internal Enablement
- Champion agentic workflows and reusable assets to accelerate delivery and improve margins.
- Support internal enablement through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to EY’s thought leadership in AI for risk, including demos, videos, and client showcases.

Qualifications
- Must have 8‑10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following domains: Digital strategy, Customer or user experience, Product strategy. Including skillsets such as: Market and user research, Requirements gathering, Business case development, KPI management, Business architecture definition.
- Must have 8‑10 years of experience taking a digital product from concept to market, supporting strategy, roadmap development, and agile execution.
- Must have 8‑10 years of cross‑functional experience working with internal and third‑party development teams, including: UX designers, Visual designers, Developers, Technologists.
