Job summary

George P Johnson Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Producer to manage end-to-end production for client briefs, from ideation to reconciliation. You will lead with autonomy or in a team, guiding workflow and mentoring staff.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with digital, content, live, registration, strategy and creative teams to drive efficiency and profitability, delivering premium experiences with flawless execution and strong client relationships from kickoff to delivery.

Qualifications

• Nine years of event experience in B2B or corporate settings.
• At least five years in a producer role.
• Expertise in creative, project and event management practices.
• Proven client relations and management skills.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong budget management and financial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office and project management software.
• Ability to contribute to the creative process with a decisive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead the project team from planning to execution as assigned.
• Deliver accurate project administration: timelines, budgets, POs, vendor setup, reporting.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to raise proficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and presentations.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy and production partners to meet objectives.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing and成本 tracking to hit profit targets.
• Cultivate vendor relationships and negotiate for value and quality.
• Identify and manage risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Lead creative development with Integrated production, external suppliers when required.
• Lead or contribute to regular WIP meetings with teams and clients.
