IE Digital in Melbourne is seeking a Producer to own day-to-day delivery coordination for our largest retained enterprise account. You will drive capacity planning, coordinate across our team, client, and external partners, and ensure work lands on time.

You’ll spot blockers early, bring stakeholders together, and create clarity to keep delivery moving. This role sits within a cross-functional delivery squad and requires proactive, solution-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or delivery coordination in agency/client-services environments.
• Capacity planning and resourcing across a team or account.
• Ability to work with Jira or similar ticketing/workflow tools.
• Experience managing forecasting, budgets, or invoicing for a client account.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational flow of work across cross-functional team, client, and external partners.
• Plan capacity and track work with visibility of who is doing what and deadlines.
• Coordinate across email, Slack, and Teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Log, brief and track work through to completion and run regular check-ins.
• Support forecasting and invoicing as part of account administration.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability across the account.

This role is designed to be the connective layer between our team, our client, and external partners, turning a fast-moving, high-volume account into one that runs on clarity rather than reactivity.

About the opportunity

As a Producer in our Delivery discipline you will have the opportunity to bring structure and momentum to a busy, high-profile client account. Your primary role is to own the day to day operational flow of work across our cross functional team, the client and external agency partners, including planning capacity, coordinating delivery and ensuring work lands on time.

You’ll be someone who sees around corners. You’ll spot potential issues before they become blockers, bring the right people together to resolve them, and create the clarity needed to keep delivery moving.

You will sit within a cross-functional team to support with:

• Capacity planning and tracking, with visibility across who's doing what and what's due when
• Coordination between our team, the client, and external agency partners across email, Slack, and Teams
• Ticket and workflow management, making sure work is logged, briefed, and tracked through to completion
• Regular team check-ins to surface blockers and keep delivery on track
• Briefing the team on incoming work and preparing supporting materials such as decks and briefs
• Support financial admin for the account, including monthly forecasting and invoicing
• Looking for ways to improve processes, workflows and ways of working so the account becomes more efficient and predictable over time

We value demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Project or delivery coordination in an agency, consultancy, or client-services environment
• Capacity planning and resourcing across a team or account
• Working across Jira or similar ticketing/workflow tools
• Managing forecasting, budgets, or invoicing for a client account
• Coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including external partners or agencies
• Working within fast-paced, ambiguous, or evolving account structures
