Astronics Advanced Electrical Systems (AES) in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, Product Support for Power Electronics Systems to join the Airborne Power Control (APC) Product Team.

This role is primarily on-site, with occasional remote work based on project requirements and relocation not provided.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in power electronics, power supply design, motor control and analog design, and can work across design, production and customer support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in power electronics, power supply design, motor control, and analog design.
• Ability to read schematics and analyze circuits.
• Familiarity with DO-160 and related standards.
• Experience with engineering software, schematic tools, and simulation tools.

Mansioni

• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions for manufacturing and field issues.
• Review, design, analyze, and test data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and data for component substitutions.
• Operate lab equipment for design verification and circuit testing.
• Participate in analysis, design, development and qualifications as assigned.
