As a Senior Portfolio Analyst in our high-performing CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-led process improvements, advanced analytics, and reporting solutions that directly impact business results and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports for identity verification and authentication, including Digital ID and Universal Login capabilities.

Provide accurate, relevant, and value-driven data insights to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Partner with the Business – Translate complex analytics into clear business impacts, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead discussions on performance and improvement.

Collaborate Across Teams – Align data solutions with enterprise reporting strategy, consult with team members, and ensure integration with broader business initiatives.

Champion Data Governance – Maintain reporting catalogues, ensure alignment on definitions and methodologies, and propose robust data models.

Manipulate large datasets to create impactful reporting and visuals.

Translate complex analysis into actionable, easily understood recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What makes you perfect for the role?

Qualifications in business, finance, marketing, or statistics.

Years’ of CIAM /ID / Biometrix / Authentification experience and expertise.

Extensive experience in data analytics, with expertise in designing and developing data integration and visualization solutions.

Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, Alteryx), and database integration.

Strong knowledge of data models, integration architectures, and visualisation best practices.

Experience in credit risk management, ideally within Telco, banking, or financial services.
