The role supports workforce data management, administration of program reporting and project management, working with Legal and Procurement to ensure contracts are well managed and outcomes are clearly communicated.

Department of Health Victoria – Melbourne VIC

The Senior Policy Adviser, Workforce Investment & Analysis will perform a program management role for workforce, data and analytics projects, in addition to procurement and contract management responsibilities. The duties of this role assisting workforce data management, administration of program reporting and project management.

The role works with other areas of the department such Legal and Procurement areas to ensure programs and contracts are managed are appropriately, including when providing advice on program outcomes to health service of health worker queries regarding programs managed by the Workforce Investment &Analysis team.
