Job summary

Fulton Hogan Australia Pty Limited seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead treatment plant projects in Victoria. You will deliver water and wastewater infrastructure across plants, pump stations, pipelines and related civil works, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders to meet design intent and performance goals.

You will drive project delivery from pre‑contracts to handover, leveraging your expertise in process systems, commissioning and operational readiness to ensure

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience delivering water or wastewater treatment plants and complex process infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment plant projects from pre‑contracts through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Apply knowledge of treatment processes and integration requirements (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver complex works.
• Manage risks, safety, environmental compliance, quality and commissioning per requirements.
• Drive commercial performance through forecasting, cost control, contract administration and claims management.
• Lead engagement with clients, operators and stakeholders to ensure facilities meet design intent.
• Prepare business cases, delivery strategies, schedules and KPI reporting for executives.
