Job summary

Community Housing Limited (CHL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex housing and development projects from inception to completion in Western Australia. You will provide strategic leadership across feasibility, planning, design, procurement, construction, handover and defects management, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to high quality standards.

You will build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, government agencies and delivery partners, providing

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management, property, development, construction, housing or related field.
• End-to-end development delivery across feasibility, approvals, design, procurement, construction, handover, defects, acquisitions, turnkey and contract of sale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility to handover and defects.
• Own budgets, forecasts, cashflow and cost control.
• Coordinate consultants, designers, builders and delivery partners.
• Oversee approvals, procurement, contracts and construction performance.
• Keep governance, risk, documentation and reporting sharp.
• Build trusted relationships across agencies, partners and teams.
• Support acquisitions, turnkey and contract of sale projects.
• Mentor others and improve delivery practices.
