Job summary
GMHBA seeks a Platforms & Engineering Manager to lead enterprise engineering across cloud, application platforms, and digital ecosystem. Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering, cloud and integration teams in a complex enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of Azure platforms, identity and access management, and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to establish standards, governance and operational excellence.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team across cloud, DevOps, integration and business applications.
- Own the strategy and health of enterprise platforms ensuring security, resilience and scalability.
- Drive platform governance, CI/CD, observability and release management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps and investment decisions.
