Cornerstone Medical Recruitment in Rockhampton, QLD, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to lead a mixed MSK and sports caseload across Rockhampton and Yeppoon. You will mentor clinicians, deliver CPD, drive business growth, and shape clinical excellence while providing hands-on patient care.

This permanent role offers up to $120k base plus super and a monthly bonus, with relocation assistance and sponsorship for suitable candidates.

Formación

• AHPRA registered physiotherapist
• Minimum 4+ years experience in physiotherapy
• MSK and manual therapy skills
• Women's Health experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA and EPC caseload.
• Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
• Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
• Work across both clinic locations (Rockhampton and Yeppoon)
