Healthcare Professionals Group is recruiting experienced Physiotherapists to join a well‑established multidisciplinary allied health practice in Mildura, Victoria. The role offers clinical autonomy, a busy caseload and opportunity to focus on what matters—your clients.

The team supports professional development and collaboration across disciplines, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning. Relocation assistance may be available.

Competenze

• Current Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience in adult musculoskeletal or general physiotherapy is desirable.
• Interest in diverse client populations including NDIS and older adults.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments across MSK, neuro and functional conditions as appropriate.
• Manage a diverse caseload across clinic, home, aged care and community settings.
• Support clients to improve mobility, function and independence.
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide education to clients, families and carers.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor outcomes.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced clinicians when appropriate.

Conoscenze

3+ years post-graduate experience
