Bolton Clarke is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to provide clinical leadership for the Home & Community Support Physiotherapy team in Wide Bay, with opportunities to be based in Hervey Bay, Maryborough or Bundaberg. • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
• Moderate experience as a Physiotherapist preferred.
• Proficient in Assessment, Quality Improvement, Treatment Planning, Customer Service Management and Patient Case Management.
• Excellent customer experience, cross-functional teamwork, planning/prioritisation and communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and providing training to teams.

• Provides clinical supervision to region-based team members and promotes a customer-centred approach while ensuring policy compliance.
• Participates in staff onboarding and training activities, identifying learning needs and implementing training with the Team Leader.
