Wide Bay Hospital & Health Service – Hervey Bay QLD is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead ICU and antimicrobial stewardship within a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to the Fraser Coast region.

The role involves promoting safe, effective and efficient medicine use, contributing to clinical rosters, after-hours on-call and weekend rosters, and engaging in research and quality improvement activities within WBHHS.

Qualifications

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care.
• Promote safe, effective and efficient use of medicines in line with WBHHS goals.
• Participate in clinical roster, after-hours emergency on-call and weekend roster.

Responsabilités

• This role will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care and services to consumers within the Fraser Coast region.
• This role will promote safe, effective and efficient use of medicines in keeping with the department's goals, objectives and mission statement of the WBHHS.
• This position is required to participate in shift work, the afterhours emergency clinical on-call and weekend roster.
