Job summary

The Factory PT in Sydney is expanding and seeking a passionate personal trainer to join our community. You will deliver 1 on 1 coaching, run group classes, and provide nutrition guidance within a supportive team aimed at helping clients reach their health goals.

Ideal candidates hold Cert 3 and Cert 4 in fitness, CPR/First Aid, and a customer service mindset. Working with Children’s Check is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 fitness instructor and Cert 4 in personal training are required.
• 1-on-1 PT experience preferred but not essential.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 on 1 personal training with clients of varying ages.
• Lead group classes.
• Deliver nutrition coaching sessions.
• Attend paid team meetings for growth and development.
• Flexibility to tailor timetable around clients’ needs.
• Support a strong pipeline of clients and career growth.
• Contribute to staff functions and events.
