Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Peer Wellbeing Navigators.
• Provide service navigation for participants.
• Support individuals impacted by mental illness and addiction.

Skills

Personal Experience of mental distress and accessing health services

Leadership experience in health or community services

Ability to share personal experiences safely

Education

Certificate IV Mental Health Peer Work

SHARC Peer Worker Training

Willingness to complete Intentional Peer Support
