Job summary

NSW Health - SESLHD Mental Health Service seeks a Senior Peer Learning Advisor to deliver recovery-oriented education and lead learning support for people with lived experience, carers, staff and the wider community. You will promote the College, engage students in program development, and collaborate with clinicians to foster a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Lived experience peer work in mental health services; willingness to obtain required qualifications.
• Experience in training and educational service delivery to peers, carers, staff and community.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff including lived experience workforce.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to drive quality improvement in health education.
