Job summary

Early Start Australia in Sydney’s Epping clinic is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy for children and families.

You will assess, design and implement individualized therapy plans, work across clinic, home, school, and community settings, and collaborate with an allied health team.

The role offers flexible hours, strong professional development, and support for registration and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy in paediatric allied health.
• Experience in early intervention and working with children and families.
• Ability to mentor or supervise others in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete client assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team to achieve client outcomes.
• Develop and deliver group therapy and parent workshops.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality, ensure best practice.
• Record treatment notes in PMS within 24 hours and complete reports.
