  • Full‑time appointment on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
  • Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
  • Play a lead role in optimising and supporting the University’s payroll system (aPay), ensuring compliance, data integrity and an improved user experience.
  • Apply technical expertise to configure, upgrade and enhance the system, mapping business requirements to functionality and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, while fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
About you
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven experience in configuring and administration of aPay (Ascender Pay).
  • Relevant experience in a Business Analyst role requiring business process re‑engineering and improvement in large and complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation and testing including creation of test plans.
  • Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships whilst remaining fully customer focused.
Note

A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
