Job summary

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles (Employment Hero)

• Payroll reconciliations, month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Payroll audits, compliance reviews and data integrity checks
• Maintenance and optimisation of payroll systems
• Partnering with Operations to support workforce planning and rostering alignment
• Identifying and implementing payroll automation and process improvement initiatives
• Supporting audit requirements and statutory reporting obligations
