Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Australia seeks a Chartered Civil Engineer to lead pavement projects within the transport team. You will mentor engineers, contribute to bids, and develop high‑quality design reports and drawings across national and international assignments.

You will apply Austroads procedures, deliver both flexible and rigid pavement designs, and build strong client relationships while operating under Victorian registration requirements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng) with Victorian registration (RPEV) or equivalent.
• Extensive pavement design experience including Austroads procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national and international pavement projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to bids.
• Develop technical design reports and drawings to a high standard.
• Maintain strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
