The role

As a Senior Partnership Specialist in our Adelaide Public Sector team, you will step into a warm, highly profitable desk dedicated to State Government and Local Council sectors. You will be managing key relationships and identifying high-growth opportunities across major government departments and warm local councils.

You will spend your time where it matters most—in front of clients—while all candidate sourcing, interviewing, and administrative formatting are handled by a dedicated back-office support person. This is an ideal transition for a resilient, target-driven professional from Travel, High-end Retail, or Account Management who loves being "out and about" on the road and thrives in a high-energy, mature environment where you are empowered to run your desk. Responsibilities

Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.

Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.

Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.

Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

A minimum of 3 years of Travel, High-end Retail, or Account Management Experience
