Job summary

Mediix, a well-loved paediatric allied health clinic in Melbourne, seeks a senior Occupational Therapist to lead the expansion of OT. You’ll shape referral pathways, design group programs, and introduce OT FCAs and therapy to families already engaged with speech and psychology teams.

You’ll work with the Clinic Director and receive external supervision, with opportunities to supervise junior OTs as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' paediatric experience preferred.
• Family-centred, collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Shape how OT is delivered in the clinic, including referral pathways and group program design.
• Lead OT FCA and therapy introductions to families already engaged with speech and psychology teams.
• Supervise junior OTs as caseload grows; collaborate with Clinic Director and external supervisor.
